**From each pool, the four 1st place teams (Main Event), the four 2nd place teams (2nd Event), the four 3rd place teams (3rd Event) and the four 4th place teams (4th Event). The 5th place teams in each pool are eliminated from the playoffs - pool position ties are broken by head to head and then shootout scores.
